To
promote the upcoming film this poster was launched with a large picture
of Jen and Kira and a description of planned merchandise underneath.
The
text reads, "From the minds of Jim Henson and Brian Froud comes an
epic fantasy film... Coming this Christmas in over 1000 theaters."

Dark
Crystal Advance Poster (1982)
To
promote the upcoming film in theaters, this rare and highly sought after
poster was used before the December release.
It
measures 27 inches by 41 inches. The vivid art is by Richard Amsel. A
similar version of this same poster was used for the large theater standup
display.

Crystal One Sheet (1982)
Here's
the more commonly seen one-sheet poster that was shown in theaters during
the film's run.
It
measures 27 inches by 41 inches. Also released in a large 40 inch by 60
inch advance sheet. Richard Amsel continues his great work with this poster.

Jen,
Kira, and Fizzgig (1983)
Like
with their Muppet license, Scandecor released a series of beautiful Dark
Crystal posters.
This
one features Jen, Kira, and Fizzgig. It measures 27 inches by 40 inches.

Advance Poster (1986)
This
is the rare prerelease poster measuring 27 by 41 inches.
Jareth
is holding a crystal ball with Sarah inside. This is the same picture
as seen on the novel cover.

This
is the standard one-sheet, theatrical poster, rolled 27 by 41 inches.
Jareth
is over Sarah as seen on the video and many other Labyrinth items.

This
is the international Labyrinth poster. This one-sheet varies greatly by
size according to the country it was released.
Sarah
is running with friends as Jareth looks on as they try to escape.

Underground
Promotional Poster (1986)
Here
is a double-sided promotional poster for the single Labyrinth. The front
says, "The First Single from the Original Soundtrack of the Jim Henson
Movie Labyrinth".
The
back reads, "The Original Soundtrack from the Jim Henson film, Executive
Producer George Lucas, Director Jim Henson, Features the single "Underground"
by David Bowie".
